It’s like being stuck in a thunderstorm during a drought.
So, my one main buddy at work has just gotten a job as the network administrator at another hospital.
I’m really happy for him, in that he’s getting out of here and also getting a heck of a pay increase. At the same time, however, that leaves me alone among the idiots.

Punctuation Is Powerful
An English professor wrote the words:
“A woman without her man is nothing”
on the chalkboard and asked his students to punctuate it correctly.
All of the males in the class wrote:
“A woman, without her man, is nothing.”
All of the females in the class wrote:
“A woman: without her, man is nothing.”
